Dr. Amanda Lorenz, PhD, is considered an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and the Blue Choice PPO network, Aetna, United Healthcare, Medicare, Tricare, and Cigna. Please check your benefits to confirm her network participation. Dr. Lorenz also accepts self-payment and is able to generate a "super-bill" that you can submit to your insurance company for out of network provider coverage and possible reimbursement. If you choose to self-pay, Dr. Lorenz will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate.
