Dr. Amanda Lorenz, PhD, is considered an in-network provider for Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and the Blue Choice PPO network, First Health, GEHA, Medicare, Optum, Oxford, Tricare, UMR, United Healthcare, and Student Health Plans with Aetna and United Health.  Please check your benefits to confirm her network participation. Dr. Lorenz also accepts self-payment and is able to generate a "super-bill" that you can submit to your insurance company for out of network provider coverage and possible reimbursement. If you choose to self-pay, Dr. Lorenz will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate.  Fees: Intake Sessions $250; Individual Therapy Sessions $200, Couples Therapy Sessions $250.  Dr. Lorenz is licensed in IL and NY and credentialed by PSYPACT/APIT and thus provides teletherpay in the following states: AL, AZ, AK, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, NY, OH, OK, PN, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
